Qualifications and Experience:

Prior experience in a school setting, ideally working as a paraprofessional Strong background in supporting students exhibiting aggressive behaviors Proven ability to implement strategies for behavioral management Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance Comfortable and willing to assist with toileting and personal care needs Genuine passion for working with children, displaying patience and empathy Experience in 1:1 pediatric roles is highly valued

Responsibilities:
