Desired Qualifications:

Prior experience working with children in an educational or similar setting Patience, compassion, and strong interpersonal communication skills Ability to collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families Flexibility in responding to changing student needs and classroom situations High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in education or related field a plus Familiarity with implementing individualized instruction or behavior intervention plans is helpful

Key Responsibilities:
