Multiple Positions Available Mathnasium of South Coast Metro is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and student-focused individuals to join our team. We are currently hiring for the following paid positions: 1. Assistant Center Director / Lead Instructor This leadership role supports the daily operation of the center while helping instructors provide high-quality math instruction.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising, training, and supporting instructional staff Monitoring students' progress and instructional quality Communicating with parents about student progress Assisting with scheduling, enrollment, and daily center operations Leading team meetings and providing staff coaching Supporting community outreach and center events Creating a welcoming and encouraging learning environment Preferred qualifications: Previous experience in education, tutoring, management, or administration Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Confidence working with students from elementary through high school Strong math skills, including Algebra and Geometry Ability to motivate students and work collaboratively with families and staff 2. Math Instructors Our Math Instructors work directly with students in a supportive, small-group learning environment.

Responsibilities include:

Teaching math concepts using provided instructional materials Helping students strengthen their skills and confidence Working with students from elementary through high school Providing positive encouragement and clear explanations Recording student progress after each session Maintaining an organized and engaging learning environment Preferred qualifications: Strong math skills; proficiency through Geometry & Algebra is required Experience teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or working with children is a plus Patient, encouraging, dependable, and comfortable communicating with students Ability to explain math concepts in a clear and engaging way High school diploma or equivalent; college students and graduates are encouraged to apply Both full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.
