Purpose Statement:

The job of Instructional Assistant Special Education is done for the purpose/s of assisting assigned teaching personnel in the supervision and instruction of physically/emotionally handicapped and/or learning disabled students as assigned; and performing classroom clerical tasks in support of the instructional process. 2026 - 2027 School Year Requirements / Qualifications Must be 18 years old TB Test (Required Upon Job Offer) Fingerprints/Livescan (Required Upon Job Offer) 3 letters of recommendation Proof of HS Graduation (Or proof of college degree) Resume Length of Work Year 2026 - 2027

School Year Hours of Position:

Up to 2 hours per day, 5 days per week, 195 days per year
