In this vital role, you will work directly in the home to implement individualized behavior intervention plans, facilitate skill acquisition programs based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and promote positive social and educational development. Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies and skill acquisition programs tailored to each child's needs, following ABA protocols. Support students during classroom activities, therapy sessions, and social interactions to foster engagement and positive behavior. Collect, record, and analyze data related to behavioral progress, skill development, and response to interventions to inform ongoing treatment plans. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistency in behavioral support and educational goals. Monitor student safety closely, providing patient care and behavioral support during daily routines, transitions, and activities. Participate in intake assessments, progress reviews, and documentation of medical records while maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with behavioral assessments and contribute to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders. Certifications (Mandatory): Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Active CPR & First Aid Requirements Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders is highly preferred. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, behavior intervention techniques, and skill acquisition programs.

Pay:
