MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Two years of paid or volunteer experience working with children in an organized setting; experience working with autistic students and in applied behavioral analysis is highly desirable. Under current State and Federal Law, requirements include proof of a high school diploma or its equivalent to be submitted with completed application and meet one of the 3 requirements: A) Completion of 2 years of study (48 semester units) at an institution of higher learning, or B) an Associate's Degree or higher, or C) pass a rigorous District-administered assessment that demonstrates the knowledge of and ability to assist in instructing, reading, writing and math.
