Challenge Island®, a premier, hands-on STEAM enrichment program, is hiring fun, smart, enthusiastic Lead Instructors for in-person school field trips, after-school programs, and family engagements across Walnut Creek, Danville, Alamo, Lafayette, Orinda, and Pleasanton. This part-time W-2 position is perfectly tailored for current certified teachers looking for premium extra income, school paraprofessionals, retired educators, and professional tutors. Applicants must possess strong classroom management skills, an enthusiastic teaching style, and a deep passion for student impact.

00 / hour Challenge Island will train instructors and provide all materials and lesson plans. Must be willing to work after school hours. This is a part time position with flexible hours. You can choose to work at any location and on day(s) of your preference.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in classroom management or youth instruction. Applicants MUST have reliable personal transportation. Must complete a standard Criminal Background Check, fingerprinting, and TB Test clearance.
