Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans. Support children's social and emotional development through positive behavior management and classroom supervision. Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, meals, and rest periods to ensure safety at all times. Collaborate with teachers to monitor individual student progress. Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that complies with educational regulations and safety standards; assist with basic classroom management strategies. Skills Experience working with children in early childhood or preschool settings, including classroom management and behavior management techniques. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and colleagues. Familiarity with educational technologies and computers used for literacy and math instruction. Ability to provide child supervision with patience, empathy, and professionalism; experience working with individuals with disabilities or autism is highly valued. First aid and CPR certification to ensure safety during emergencies; willingness to obtain or maintain these certifications if not already held.
