This contract position near Windsor, CA offers several opportunities to work approximately 29.75-30 hours per week, with placement options tailored to your experience and interests. Qualifications and Preferred Background:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree required Experience working in a school environment or with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other staff Genuine passion for helping children achieve their educational goals Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
Key Responsibilities:
Provide academic and behavioral support to students as directed by instructional staff Assist in classroom management and individual student engagement Implement strategies and activities tailored to students' needs Work 1:1 or in small groups with students requiring additional support Aid in the preparation of instructional materials and classroom organization Foster a safe and encouraging learning atmosphere for all students Support teachers and administrators in day-to-day educational operations
