Teacher Assistant

Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans that promote early childhood education and developmental milestones Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and helping maintain a structured environment Provide attentive care to children, including supervising activities, assisting with diapering or toileting, and ensuring safety at all times Engage children in age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning, creativity, and social skills Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care as needed Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom, toys, and learning materials Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and daily experiences Skills Demonstrated experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, or babysitting roles Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Ability to manage classroom behavior with patience and positive reinforcement techniques First aid certification and training in child safety procedures Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and children Compassionate caregiving skills for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with diverse needs Join us to help shape bright futures!
