This contract opportunity runs from August 11 through May 21, 2027, and offers you the chance to work 37.5 hours per week at Transition Services, focusing on behavioral support and skill-building for individuals ages 1821+. This role is perfect for those who have a solid foundation in behavior support, especially within school settings, and experience assisting students with significant or severe caseloads. Your expertise will be valued as you work collaboratively with the team to empower students in both classroom and community environments.

Key Qualifications:

Demonstrated behavioral background, particularly within schools Proven experience supporting students with significant or severe needs Strong preference given to candidates with knowledge of communication devices Familiarity working with young adults with disabilities in community settings Willingness to assist students with toileting and diapering as needed Must have reliable personal transportation to report on-site by 8:00am daily Immediate fingerprinting required after offer acceptance; candidates with any charges (felony or misdemeanor) are not eligible per district policy Two completed professional RefAssured references are required at the time of application
