Position Summary:

We are seeking a caring, dependable, and motivated Teacher Aide to support our early childhood classrooms. The Teacher Aide works closely with lead teachers and center staff to help create a nurturing and engaging environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Lead Teacher in daily classroom activities and routines Assist with supervising and engaging children in age-appropriate learning, play, and care Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment Support meal/snack prep, diapering/toileting, and other caregiving tasks as needed Encourage positive behavior and social-emotional development Communicate positively with children, staff, and families Participate in classroom set-up and daily clean-up Attend staff meetings and professional development as required Follow all licensing and health/safety regulations

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required Previous experience working with young children preferred Ability to work well as part of a team and take direction Must pass background checks and meet health/safety requirements Strong communication and reliability

Preferred Qualifications:

CPR/First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain) Early Childhood coursework or credential a plus Bilingual skills welcome Why Join Us?
