What You'll Do:

Provide direct support to classroom teachers and students Assist with daily classroom activities and help create a positive, productive learning environment Work with students individually or in small groups as directed Adapt support based on differing student needs and classroom dynamics Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement IEPs and behavioral plans as appropriate Help maintain an organized and safe classroom environment
