Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in a school setting as a Paraprofessional highly valued Strong background working with children or adolescents with social, emotional, or behavioral needs Ability to build rapport and maintain consistent, compassionate support for 1:1 students Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach with staff, students, and families Flexibility, patience, and calm problem-solving abilities High school diploma or equivalent required
