Job Description
RSD17 is seeking a dedicated, student-centered paraeducator to join our district. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with students, brings patience and the ability to foster strong relationships, and is committed to helping students succeed. The successful candidate will provide individualized and small-group support to students under the direction of the classroom teacher, help implement instructional and behavioral plans, and build strong, trusting relationships with the students they support.
