Job Description

Program Aides are needed to join our team for the 2025-2026 WFC Before & After School Programs located at Nathan Hale, Casimir Pulaski, and Hanover elementary schools. We are seeking Program Aides to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. WFC's Before & After School Programs are located at Nathan Hale, Casimir Pulaski, and Hanover elementary schools. Responsibilities include assisting teachers in day-to-day activities, engaging children in enrichment activities, providing homework assistance, and ensuring children's safety at all times. Site Assistants should have some experience and a genuine passion for working with young children in grades K-5. Program runs the school calendar year Aug 2026•June 2027. Position tentatively begins 8/17/2026.
Work schedule:
25 hours per week Monday through
Friday:
6:45am•8:45am
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday:
3:00pm•6:00pm
Thursday:
2:30pm•6:00pm
Friday:
3:00pm•5:30pm

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent. Experience working with elementary school aged children. Positive outlook required. Bilingual is a plus. Interested candidates need to submit resume and 3 professional reference contacts.
