ETS ParaPro Assessment Responsibilities:

Support students across K-12 classrooms under the direction of certified teachers Assist with implementing instructional plans and adapting activities for diverse learners Provide one-on-one or small group support to ensure students stay engaged and on track Help maintain positive and organized classroom environments Encourage student success through patience, empathy, and effective communication

Contract Details:
