Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact each day by supporting students with social-emotional and behavioral needs in a school-based setting. This contract position offers the opportunity to assist a student on a 1:1 basis, fostering their growth and success within a welcoming educational environment. The assignment runs from October 1st through November 30th, with a possibility for extension. You'll work on-site during regular school hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Desired Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Paraprofessional or in a supportive role within K-12 schools Familiarity with social-emotional and behavioral support strategies Ability to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) or behavior intervention plans Demonstrated patience, empathy, and adaptability when working with children Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable and punctual with professional references
