Up to $25/hour We are seeking dependable, compassionate, and dedicated Personal Care Assistants / Paraprofessionals to join our school team in New Milford, CT for the upcoming school year. Multiple positions are available across elementary, middle, and high school settings. Available Positions 3 positions Middle School 2 positions High School 2 positions Elementary School Qualifications Candidates must meet at least one of the following requirements: 60 hours of college credit Associate degree Passing score on the ETS ParaPro Assessment Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred, as is experience supporting students with special education needs. Candidates must live within approximately 45 minutes of the school and be able to maintain reliable attendance and punctuality. Responsibilities Provide individualized support to students throughout the school day. Assist students with personal care, daily living, mobility, and other needs as appropriate. Support students in the classroom and during school activities. Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, therapists, and other school personnel. Follow student-specific educational and care plans. Help maintain a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment.
