Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in classroom or childcare setting
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
• Strong caregiving skills and ability to provide a nurturing environment
• First aid certification is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage young children in learning activities
• Patience, creativity, and flexibility in adapting to the needs of individual children
• A passion for early childhood education
• Head Teacher Certificate is a PLUS!
