Previous gymnastics experience is a plus, but not required. As a Gymnastics Instructor & Member Experience Associate at The Little Gym , you'll lead fun, engaging parent-child classes while helping create an exceptional experience for our families both on the gym floor and in the lobby. What we're looking for: Experience working with children is a must. Confidence speaking, leading, and engaging a group. A warm, energetic personality and a passion for working with families. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to assist with lobby operations, including welcoming families, answering questions, scheduling, phone calls, and membership support. Willingness to learn and follow our curriculum and coaching methods. Reliable, organized, and comfortable balancing coaching and front-desk responsibilities. Pay:

$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
