What You'll Do:

Provide targeted support for special education students in alignment with their IEP and PPT requirements Assist with instructional activities as guided by the classroom teacher Engage in proactive supervision, fostering a safe and supportive learning atmosphere Perform one-on-one care and support, which may include assisting with toileting Communicate and collaborate with educational staff and specialists to enhance student outcomes Adapt to daily classroom needs and contribute positively to a team-focused environment

What We Seek:

Demonstrated experience as a Paraprofessional or in a related educational support role Valid Paraprofessional Certificate or an Associate's degree (or at least 60 college credits) Reliable, flexible, and motivated to make a daily difference Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to fostering an inclusive and encouraging classroom experience
