ETS ParaPro Assessment Responsibilities:

Provide instructional and behavioral support to K-12 students in classroom and small group settings Assist teachers with curriculum delivery, individualized education plans, and classroom organization Encourage student engagement and positive behavior Support inclusion and accommodations for students with special needs Help prepare instructional materials and activities Supervise students in various school environments, including classrooms, hallways, and lunchrooms Foster an encouraging, safe, and respectful school atmosphere
