until filled West Hartford Public Schools seeks a candidate with a proactive and positive attitude to fill a position for a full-time Special Education Paraprofessional at Charter Oak International Academy. Candidates must be patient, respectful, and flexible with effective interpersonal skills. This is a 10-month position with full benefits working in the special needs program to support students with behavioral, social and emotional concerns. Knowledge/Fluency of ASL is required for this position. Paraprofessionals are expected to exhibit professionalism, punctuality, and attentiveness of job responsibilities at all times. Please include a current resume and 3 letters of recommendation dated within the last 365 days.
Requirement:
High school education or GED.
