Make an impact supporting students as a dedicated paraprofessional for a maternity leave assignment in an autism support BRIDGES classroom. Qualifications and Skills:

Current Delaware Paraeducator Permit required (must be in hand; candidates with only proof of application cannot be presented unless a DEEDS portal screenshot is attached) Experience working with students with autism or other developmental differences strongly preferred Ability to provide individualized support, guidance, and redirection as needed Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff and students Must be comfortable completing $85 CBC fingerprinting (candidate is responsible for this)

Key Responsibilities:
