Valid Delaware Paraeducator Permit (must be active; applications in progress require supporting DEEDS portal documentation) Flexibility to float between assigned school sites as coverage needs arise Willingness to obtain CBC fingerprinting (candidate responsible for $85 fee) Commitment to a consistent, full-time MondayFriday schedule Strong communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills Experience supporting children or youth in educational environments preferred Ability to follow school protocols and work under teacher and staff direction If you hold an RBT, be aware this is not an RBT role and no supervision will be provided
