What Were Looking For:

Active Delaware Paraeducator Permit (must be currentpending or in process is not accepted; if pending, screenshot from DEEDS portal is required) Previous paraprofessional experience in a school setting preferred Willingness to work onsite at various school locations as assigned each week Flexibility to adjust to different age groups and classroom environments Ability to pay $85 CBC fingerprinting fee (must confirm agreement prior to placement) If you hold an RBT, supervision coordination outside of school hours is your responsibility; the district will not offer RBT pay or oversight Commitment to full-time hours and a flexible, can-do approach

Role Highlights:
