What you bring:

Current Delaware Paraeducator Permit (must be in hand or provide proof of application via the DEEDS portal) Experience as a school paraprofessional or teachers aide (preferred) Strong adaptability to support classrooms in multiple locations throughout the week Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude Ability to provide individualized behavioral and instructional support as a BSP Willingness to undergo required background checks, including $85 CBC fingerprinting What youll do: Serve as a floater paraprofessional, providing coverage and support for a group of assigned school sites Follow established schedules for elementary, middle, and high school sites, ranging between 7:05am-3:40pm Collaborate with special education and general education staff to foster inclusive learning environments Assist students with behavioral, academic, or functional needs as identified in their plans Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills Maintain flexibility, picking up available shifts to ensure full guaranteed weekly hours Enjoy peace of mind with a guaranteed 30 paid hours per week during regular school sessions, even if some days are unassigned.
