In this role, you will support lead teachers in creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment for preschool-aged children. Header Duties Assist lead teachers with implementing curriculum development plans aligned with early childhood education standards . Support classroom management by fostering positive behavior management strategies and conflict resolution techniques to create a respectful and inclusive environment. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional development. Help with lesson planning and instructional design tailored to individual student needs, including special education considerations and academic interventions. Conduct student assessment activities, analyze student performance data, and assist in evaluating progress through assessment-driven instruction methods. Support classroom organization by maintaining educational supplies, library services, and learning materials to ensure an enriching learning environment. Collaborate with teachers on implementing multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) to address diverse learning needs, including working with students with disabilities or those requiring additional academic or behavioral support. Header Skills Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and team members. Experience working with children in preschool or early childhood settings. Knowledge of childhood development principles, literacy education, math instruction, and physical education activities. Familiarity with assessment tools, student data analysis, and evaluation techniques to track progress and inform instruction. Ability to implement classroom management strategies that promote positive behavior and conflict resolution. Proficiency in using learning technology platforms such as LMS for lesson planning and instructional delivery. Skills in instructional design tailored for young learners, incorporating engaging activities that foster curiosity and growth.
