We're looking for someone who loves working with toddlers and understands that their big feelings need patience, consistency, and gentle guidance. You'll work alongside our lead teacher to create an engaging classroom where children feel secure, supported, and excited to explore. What you'll do Partner with the lead teacher to support daily routines, activities, and classroom supervision. Stay actively engaged with children through play, conversation, and hands-on exploration. Help children build independence, practice social skills, and navigate big feelings. Support toileting and diapering, meals, rest time, and classroom transitions. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming learning environment. Share observations and ideas with the lead teacher and communicate respectfully with families and coworkers. Who we're looking for Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or preschool setting. A calm, patient approach to challenging moments. Someone who takes initiative, follows through, and enjoys working as part of a team. An interest in child-led learning, natural materials, and creative exploration. Reggio Emilia or Montessori experience is welcome, but not required. A CDA or relevant early childhood coursework is a plus. Why Treehouse?
