HOURLY BASIS

PART TIME

position and requires you to work Tuesdays and Fridays from 3.30 to 6.30

PM Early Learner/Primary Instruction:

Working efficiently and effectively with one or two younger or new Kumon students at a time to provide instruction through utilization of the Kumon Method and worksheets

Grading:

Grading of student classwork, homework, and corrections and organizing of Student worksheets both on-line and paper ; training available Assessing oral reading ability with reading students and providing necessary feedback Provide assistance/guidance to students, as needed, adhering to Kumon Method standards and center procedures Provide Instructor with written or verbal feedback, as needed, based on student observations and/or student performance on worksheets Work with other grading assistants to create a balanced workload to ensure grading is completed before the end of class.

Qualifications:

Strong verbal communication skills, intermediate written communication skills preferred Proficient Reading skills up to Comprehension and Math skills up to Calculus Suitable for retired people/teachers as well as
