Job Summary Crane Brook Academy is seeking enthusiastic, student-centered professionals to join our growing team for the 2026-2027 school year. We are currently hiring for multiple positions, including 4th & 5th Grade Integrated Classroom Teacher, 6th & 7th Grade Middle School Math & Science Teacher, and an Administrative Assistant . Responsibilities Teachers Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons. Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment. Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic records. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student achievement and behavior. Collaborate with colleagues to support school initiatives and student success. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events. Administrative Assistant Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide exceptional customer service. Maintain student records and assist with enrollment and registration. Support the Principal with scheduling, correspondence, and daily administrative tasks. Organize and maintain office files, supplies, and school documentation. Assist with school events, communications, and front office operations. Maintain confidentiality of student and school information. Skills Strong knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning. Experience teaching in elementary, middle, or private school settings preferred. Effective classroom management and positive behavior support strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with colleagues, students, and families. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Proficiency with educational technology and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Knowledge of student assessment and progress monitoring. Understanding of Florida educational standards and best instructional practices preferred. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Administrative Assistant applicants should demonstrate strong organizational, customer service, and office technology skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
