Preschool Lead and Assistant Teachers

Currently, we have the following positions available:

Closing Infant Teacher:
9:30am-6:30pm (Bilingual Spanish/English highly preferred)
•Lead 2
Year Old Teacher:
8:30am-5:30pm
•Lead 3
Year Old Teacher:
8:30am-5:30pm Duties Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social skills aligned with early childhood standards. Lead classroom activities that encourage active learning, creativity, and positive behavior management. Support children's individual developmental needs through tailored instruction in areas such as childhood development, special education, and early intervention strategies. Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that adheres to health and safety regulations including first aid and CPR protocols. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children's progress, behavior, and milestones to foster strong home-school connections. Collaborate with fellow teachers to plan lessons, assess student progress through standardized testing when appropriate, and adapt teaching methods for diverse learners. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare policies while maintaining detailed records of student activities and incidents. Experience Prior experience working with young children in preschool or childcare settings is essential. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, classroom management, behavior management, and child development instruction. Experience with BFTS Rules and Regulations and Quality Rated a plus. Strong communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration. Knowledge of preschool teaching best practices, childhood development principles, and early childhood education standards. Must be willing to participate in required training which includes 10-hour Health and Safety training within the first 90 days of employment. Certification in First Aid/CPR along with Fire Safety is required within the first 45 days of employment; additional credentials in special education or childhood development are a plus. CDA/Associates/Bachelors Degree in ECE or related field highly preferred.
Pay:
From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
