Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Make a daily impact supporting a 3rd-grade student as a dedicated 1:1 paraprofessional. Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Prior experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting is preferred Ability to engage and motivate elementary-aged students, particularly in a 1:1 capacity Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and school staff Patience, creativity, and a nurturing, encouraging attitude Adaptable and resourceful, able to respond to individual student needs Compliance with all background check requirements for working in schools
Key Responsibilities:
Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a 3rd grade student throughout the school day Assist with classroom activities, individualized instruction, and behavioral support as directed by the classroom teacher Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages the student's academic, social, and emotional growth Track progress, communicate observations, and collaborate with educational teams to ensure the best outcomes Help create and maintain an inclusive learning environment Support classroom routines and reinforce positive behavior strategies Step into a position that allows you to make a real difference in a child's daily life.
