Experience Proven classroom experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare centers or preschools. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across various subjects including literacy education, math, physical education, and childcare. Experience working with students with special needs or implementing early intervention programs is highly desirable. Familiarity with classroom management techniques that foster positive behavior and engagement among young learners. Prior experience in private schools or Montessori environments is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and community partners.
