We are looking for a caring and dependable K2 Preschool Assistant Teacher to support our lead teacher in providing a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered learning environment. In this role, you will help with curriculum implementation, classroom management, and the everyday care and development of young children.

Key Responsibilities Classroom Support:

Assist the lead teacher in preparing the classroom, setting up learning centers, and organizing materials for daily activities and projects.

Child Supervision:

Actively supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety, engagement, and positive behavior.

Spiritual Development:

Help integrate biblical principles into daily lessons, guide children in faith formation.

Qualifications and Skills Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or EarlyChildhood Education coursework is a plus.

Experience:

Prior experience in early childhood education or working with young children is preferred.

Faith Commitment:

A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a lifestyle consistent with Christian values is essential.
