Job Description

Join Our Team!!! Tree House Academy is looking for a loving and compassionate individual to complete our Preschool team of caregivers. We offer benefits, a great management team, and a family friendly and fun destination to teach. Must have a National CDA and/or an Associates in Early Childhood Education. Pay Rate and Benefits will be discussed during interview process and will be based off experience.
Job Summary:
  • -Plans & implements the daily curriculum for children in the classroom.
  • -Responsible for the safety of all children in a group of 3
  • 4 year olds
  • -Plan and implements activities that promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of all children
  • -Communicates directly with parents regarding their child's accomplishments, academic progress and daily activities
  • -Maintain classroom records, cleanliness, and orderliness to align with state regulations and standards
  • -Demonstrates skill and knowledge in early childhood curriculum and implementation
  • -Actively engaged with the children at all times while serving as a role model through appearance and actions
  • -Provides a loving and nurturing environment for all children
  • -Develops opportunities to positively impact children's self-esteem
  • -Maintain an environment (both indoors and outdoors) that is safe, clean, and inviting
  • -Follows the centers policies and procedures
  • -Maintains confidentiality and follows the center's social media policy
  • -Works cooperatively with coworkers, director, and assistant director
  • -Knowledge of the growth process of preschoolers ages 3-5 years
  • -Ability to accept feedback and execute program professionally
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
  • -Applicant must be at least 18 years of age or older to meet the state licensing age requirement
  • -CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain is required
  • -CDA and/or an Associates in Early Childhood Education is required
  • -1+ years of experience working in Preschool/Pre
  • K setting
  • -Excellent organizational skills
  • -Ability to work on their feet for long periods of time
  • -Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs. numerous times a day
  • -Must be able to bend, stoop, & run

From $25,500.00 per year
