Family seeks an active, educated, engaging, flexible FA experienced with older children. Care for a 14yo and 12yo, including school support, homework follow-through, meals, driving, errands, laundry, light housekeeping, and minimal pet care for 3 dogs. Mon-Fri, 35 guaranteed hrs/week, typically 12-6 PM. Parents travel 2-3x/month, requiring occasional overnight/travel coverage. Start mid-Oct 2026, long-term. $35-$50/hr DOE.
