• Overview:

• We are seeking for a dedicated School Aide to join our school. The ideal candidate should have experience working with children in educational settings, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for early childhood education.

• Responsibilities:

• Support lead teachers in implementing educational programs
• Assist in curriculum development and lesson planning
• Provide individualized attention to students to support their learning needs
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Help create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities

• Skills:

• Experience in Montessori, literacy education, special education, or preschool settings
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students and colleagues
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
• Ability to engage and connect with children to foster their development
