Join Our Team as an Educational Assistant at River Hills Supporting Students with Disabilities | Making a Difference Every Day Do you have a passion for helping students reach their full potential? We're looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and energetic Educational Assistant to support students with disabilities in achieving academic and personal success. You will work Monday-Friday 7 hours/day for 182 days per year. Pay is over 12 months
What You'll Do:
Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students with diverse learning needs Assist with academic, communication, behavioral, and self-care goals outlined in student plans Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment Collaborate closely with teachers and specialists to support student growth Celebrate every milestone—big and small!

Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent. 2. Evidence of mental and emotional maturity and stability. 3. Demonstrate aptitude and/or experience in working with children or youth. 4. Ability to receive and process instructions. 5. Good communication skills. 6. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find acceptable.
Job Goal:
To work with students or provide other services under the direction, supervision, and control of professional staff to contribute to the overall program quality of the assigned classroom or service. Enhance learning for all.
Job Type:

From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
