RN / LPN

Per Diem Nursing - Flexible Shifts NEXTAFF is hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for flexible per-diem/PRN opportunities in Cedar Rapids and surrounding Eastern Iowa communities . This is a great fit for nurses who already work full time and want to earn additional income, as well as nurses who prefer the flexibility of picking up available shifts without committing to another full-time schedule.

RN Pay:

$45-$48/hour

LPN Pay:

$33-$35/hour Pay varies by facility, shift, location and assignment. Available shifts may include day, evening, night and weekend 8-hour shifts in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Requirements Active Iowa RN or LPN license, or qualifying Nurse Licensure Compact license Minimum 1 year of long-term care / skilled nursing experience Current BLS certification Current TB screening dated within the last 12 months Current physical dated within the last 12 months License in good standing Reliable transportation Ability to complete required facility credentialing Dependable attendance once a shift is accepted What You'll Do Provide safe nursing care within your RN or LPN scope of practice Administer medications and treatments Monitor residents and report changes in condition Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Communicate with providers, facility staff and residents/families as appropriate Supervise and delegate to nursing support staff when appropriate Follow facility, infection-control and safety policies Why Per Diem With NEXTAFF?
