Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Assist the lead teacher in implementing curriculum and lesson plans
  • Provide support and guidance to students in their learning activities
  • Help maintain a safe and positive classroom environment
  • Support students in their social and emotional development
  • Assist with classroom management, including organizing materials and maintaining a clean and organized learning environment
  • Provide one-on-one or small group instruction as needed
Experience:
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a preschool or daycare setting
  • Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
  • Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation
  • Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate learning activities
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of teachers and support staff
  • Experience in behavior management techniques
