Position Overview:

We are seeking a caring, dependable, and motivated Infant Room Assistant Lead Teacher to support the daily operations of our infant classroom. This role works closely with the Lead Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities Provide attentive, responsive care to meet each child's individual needs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff Follow all licensing regulations and center policies Step into a leadership role when the Lead Teacher is absent

Qualifications:

Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, patient, and nurturing demeanor CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Willingness to obtain state required certifications and maintain
