Preschool Teacher Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment to facilitate the growth and development of young children. Your role will involve implementing age-appropriate curriculum, fostering social skills, and promoting a love for learning among preschool-aged children.Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of preschool children.
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and development.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
- Incorporate activities that promote creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain open communication with colleagues and administration to ensure the smooth functioning of the preschool program.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a preschool setting with knowledge of childhood development principles.
- Strong understanding of behavior management techniques and special education practices.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Certification in Infant and Pediatric CPR and First Aid
- Ability to pass an enhanced background check
