Job Description
An assistant preschool teacher will support the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for preschool-aged children, helping with lesson planning, organizing activities, and managing the classroom. This role involves assisting in implementing a curriculum that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through hands-on activities and play-based learning. The assistant will collaborate closely with the lead teacher and communicate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual growth and celebrate their milestones.
