KinderCare is seeking dedicated Assistant Teachers for our East Carol Stream learning center. In this on-site role, you'll support lead teachers in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. Responsibilities include assisting with age-appropriate lessons, supervising play, maintaining classroom cleanliness, and supporting children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. You'll collaborate with a caring, inclusive team, communicate positively with families, and follow all health and safety policies while building a foundation for a career in early childhood education.
