Production Workers - Carol Stream, IL Our client, a leading manufacturing industry, is seeking dedicated and motivated Production Workers to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production line and ensuring quality standards are met.

Shift:

6am-6:30pm rotating What's the Job? Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with operational standards and supervisor instructions. Perform routine activities related to assembly, molding machine operations, and setup procedures. Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring safety features are functioning properly. Remove products from molding or riveting machines and package products as required, including labeling and boxing. Inspect finished products for quality defects, measure parts with precision tools, and maintain accurate logs and records of production units. What's Needed? No prior experience required; training will be provided. Ability to interpret job specifications and operate production machinery. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Good housekeeping and maintenance skills within the work area. Willingness to assist with additional duties as needed and follow safety protocols. What's in it for me?
