Job Description

Come be a part of our amazing team and work at a Christian daycare! We are hiring immediately for part-time floater teacher's aides. The ideal candidates for the position enjoy working with small children and is dedicated to creating a nurturing learning environment for every child. Applicants need to be able to sit on the floor, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. The shift is 10:00 am-4:00, and 12:00-5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Please only apply if you are available for the entire shift/scheduled workdays. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma. Applicants must pass a DCFS criminal background check and drug test.
Qualifications:
Experience working with young children is preferred Ability to engage actively with children, at any given moment, including but not limited to: running, playing, leading gross motor activities, etc. Proficient in writing and interpersonal skills Positive and loving personality Ability to adapt to a high-paced environment Ability to lift children and stand and work on their feet for long periods of time Ability to pass a DCFS background check and complete all required paperwork and trainings
Education:
High School diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age
