- Assist the lead teacher in implementing curriculum and lesson plans
- Support children's learning and development through various activities
- Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Collaborate with the lead teacher on classroom management and behavior guidance
- Provide one-on-one assistance to students, including those with autism
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience working with children in a child care setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and curriculum development
