Our clients are seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals to support students in a dynamic educational setting. Schools are located in Oak Forest and surrounding areas.DESCRIPTION OF CLIENT'S DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide classroom support under the direction of the lead teacher
- Assist students with academic tasks, assignments, and instructional activities
- Support students with behavioral management and social development
- Work one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment
- Assist with daily routines, transitions, and supervision (e.g., lunch, recess)
- Document student progress and communicate effectively with staff
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively with school staff
- Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
- Experience supporting students with special needs is a plus
- Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent (associates or higher preferred)
